The Events Team brings people together around the table for church meals, celebrations, receptions, and times of care like memorial services. This team makes community possible.

  • Time commitment: As needed for special events (flexible)
  • Skills needed: Willing hands and a heart for people
  • Impact: You create space for joy, comfort, and fellowship.
  • Roles: Kitchen/Food Crew

The Set Up/Tear Down Crew is responsible for setting up (and taking down) tables and chairs for large event gatherings like congregational meetings, meals and funeral receptions.
  • Time commitment: As needed for special events (flexible)
  • Skills needed: Willing hands and ability to move chairs/tables
  • Impact: You create space for joy, comfort, and fellowship.

Every Sunday, our Café Team helps create a welcoming atmosphere by brewing coffee, pulling espresso, setting up coffee/treat table, keeping things stocked, and offering a warm smile as people gather for worship. It’s not just about coffee—it’s about connection.
Time commitment: Once or twice a month on Sunday mornings
Skills needed: A cheerful spirit (and maybe some coffee love!)
Impact: You help people feel at home from the moment they walk in.


The Barista Team pulls espresso, makes espresso drinks and Italian sodas. But their primary job is making people feel welcome with a smile and caffeine!

  • Time commitment: Occasional Sundays and as needed for special events 
  • Skills needed: Willing hands and a heart for people
  • Impact: You create space for joy, comfort, and fellowship.
  • Training will be provided.

Join the Cookie Crew! Do you love baking up sweet treats and sharing a little joy from your kitchen? We’re looking for cookie-loving volunteers to be part of our Cookie Crew—a team we can call on to bake batches of cookies at home and drop them off for special church events and memorial services. It’s a dough-lightful way to serve others on your own schedule, one homemade cookie at a time.
